Michael and Ruth Morrow Opportunity Fund

Students are eligible for this scholarship opportunity if they:

• Are a recent high school graduate
• Oregon high school graduates
• Are a first generation college student
• Demonstrate financial need
• Are not eligible for financial aid
• Preferences for students who speak Spanish
  Applicants can choose to apply for this scholarship if they meet the eligibility criteria listed above and answer additional questions and/or submit additional materials as required by this scholarship.
