Students are eligible for this scholarship opportunity if they:

• Be a returning student
• Be enrolled in one of the following programs: nursing, nursing prerequisites, dental assisting, dental hygiene, health information management, medical assisting, medical imaging, medical laboratory technology or ophthalmic medical technology
  Applicants can choose to apply for this scholarship if they meet the eligibility criteria listed above and answer additional questions and/or submit additional materials as required by this scholarship.
