Students are eligible for this scholarship opportunity if they:

• Have a 3.0 GPA ;
• Have completed at least one sequence in History or Economics or International Studies by the end of Winter term;
• Have completed at least 24 PCC credits by the end of Winter term.
  Students are automatically considered for this scholarship if they fulfill/meet the above eligibility criteria.
