Preston and Joan Pulliams Endowed Scholarship

Students are eligible for this scholarship opportunity if they:

• Demonstrate financial need
• Students who live in the N/NE area surrounding Cascade Campus of Portland
  Applicants can choose to apply for this scholarship if they meet the following eligibility criteria and answer additional questions and/or submit additional materials as required by this scholarship.
