Students are eligible for this scholarship opportunity if they:

• Have a 2.0 GPA;
• 1st generation college students
• Are a graduating senior from a Portland Public High School;
• Preference given to applicants who demonstrate financial need
• Preference will be given for students who have participated in a mentoring program for underrepresented students such as (but not limited to) the College Access Program, Middle College Program, Equity and Empowerment Mentorship Program, TRIO or LINKS programs, and other similar programs engaging diverse high school age students to consider college options.
  Students are automatically considered for this scholarship if they fulfill/meet the above eligibility criteria.
