The Nancy Winbigler Award for Students of ESOL

Students are eligible for this scholarship opportunity if they:

• Started their ESOL studies in PCC Levels 1,2 or 3
• Are enrolled in levels 4-7 at time of application
• Will enroll in ESOL levels 6 -8 during the scholarship year
  Students are automatically considered for this scholarship if they fulfill/meet the above eligibility criteria.
